The second step is creating and emailing  you your estimate. Look at your estimate in the privacy of your own home. We do not pressure close. As a matter of fact, you will have sizing and square footages if you decide to go somewhere else.

Step 1: Initial Meeting

Step 2: Creating YOur Estimate

Step 2: Creating YOur Estimate

Client main goal is to remove microwave wall and open up the kitchen to an open concept. This will require knocking out two walls, moving all the electrical located in the soffits, lighting, appliances, paint, and flooring.

Kitchen Example

Complicated Install

Client Goals:

Client wants to make the kitchen bigger for entertaining.

This involved removing two walls, soffits, and relocating the appliances.

Client added on to the job by updating half bath just off kitchen.

Lighting really set the final look. All on dimmers for complete control.

Step 1: Initial Meeting

Meet Each Other, Discuss Goals, Take Pics and Measurements.

Step 2: Emailing Estimate
Look over in the comfort of your own space. We take the time to build accurate job scopes/estimates.

Step 3: Accepted Estimate, Design Begins

Step 3: Layout Continues

Step 3: Layout Continues. We are in the Install Business. Our Goal is to have you more intelligent about your install than associate helping you at the store.

Step 3: Layout Continued. Visual. Great time to make changes. We always tell clients, don't pay attention to style, you'll select that.

Step 3: Layout Continued. We want you thinking about how you cook, entertain, prep, essentially efficiency inside your new kitchen!

Project Begins. Need to remove 2 Walls. Electric must be removed first before we remove the wall.

Walls Removed Safely. Still must move all the electrical located in soffits, cut in the can lights and install all new switches including dimmers for all the recess lights.

Electrical Moved. Recess Lights Installed. Next will installing cabinets. Client decides to make two changes. One. Remove the second wall. Two, barn door for pantry and 1/2 bath remodel off of kitchen.

Start setting the cabinets. Notice the pantry door? Now becomes a barn door. Bathroom is to the left of pantry door. New Carpet going in the back living room, furthest room in the pic.

Finishing up cabinet install. We've already had the homeowner call for the hard surface measure to help speed up the process. Notice the backsplash. Client still deciding on final vibe. Backsplash really does set the tone for your final look.

Stove is in place. Painting is done. Flooring is installed. All new baseboards and window casings installed. Electric is complete. Second Wall is out. Hard Surface Installed by Seller. We come back to install backsplash, dishwasher, sink hook-up. Set the stovetop and fridge. Cleaning crew comes in for final wipe down.

Huge Difference, Right?

Everything is new.  Outlets, casings, baseboards, floor, lighting ... everything.

New Floor and the beautiful barn door.

Half Bathroom that definitely did not look like this. Everything you see is new.

Bathroom to Studs and Completely Rebuilt. Everything you see is new.

The Final Look. Free Estimates.

No Pressure. No BS.
