Meet Eva, a great lady that needed a small project done.
This led to an on going relationship.
We pretty much remodeled the entire interior of her home.
First project 2013.
One day she calls up and says,
Do you know a good real estate agent?
I am getting ready to retire and want to move down south to be closer to my grandchildren.
In that moment, we thought we were referring to a high character agent.
This is 2017 and her goal is to sell and be down south the Spring of 2018.

Roughly two-months later, the client calls back up and says, I have a full-price offer! Awesome!!
They want me to fix some things they found during the inspection.

Long Story Short... Agent pressed the Client to take the first offer.
First Offer is FHA, Asking for a new Roof, and to Install a Sump Pit & Pump!
Doesn't even sound cheap, right???
Home listed at $140,000. Throwing away our clients Retirement Money!!
After the closing, I touched base with the agent and asked...
"Why on Earth did you tell her to accept that offer?"
She replied, "I'm so sorry, going through a divorce and needed the money..."
